The mailing list has been created to inform the provider of upcoming events, meetings and conferences. It also encourages easy discussion and the sharing of ideas relating to formalized daycare, whether in a center, or at home. Possible topics of discussion may, for example, include such things as, daycare startup, childcare, parent management, curriculum ideas, business issues, etc.
Provider to Provider Initiative is an organization of home-based childcare providers in West Philadelphia whose goal is to strengthen the social and economic fabric of the neighborhood by developing the leadership capacity of the network of local home-based childcare providers. PTP is dedicated to the health and welfare of daycare providers by providing health, wellness and stress management workshops. PTP believes in taking care of the providers physically and mentally.
